Winter Conditioning Schedule

It's time to start getting ready for the track & field season!  Sprinters, jumpers, and throwers will begin conditioning on Monday, November 9, while distance runners will begin on Monday, November 30.  Here is the schedule: Sprints/Jumps/Multis Monday - 2:50-5:00 @ track (running) Tuesday - 2:50-5:00 @ track (running)/weights @ 3:30 Wednesday - 3:30-4:45 @ track (running) Thursday - 2:50-5:00 @ track (running)/weights @ 4:15 Throws Monday - 3:00-4:30 Tuesday - 3:00-4:30 Thursday - 3:00-4:30 Friday - 3:00-4:30 Throwers will meet with Coach Fowler at CrossFit Rigged, 97B Seaboard Ln, Brentwood, Tn  37027. Distance Monday through Friday - 3:00 @ B-120.
