Winter is coming, but you can't have a good outdoor track & field season without strong off season conditioning. We have three separate training groups to get you ready for tryouts in February.
Sprints/jumps/multis - Monday-Thursday, 3:15 at the track
Distance - Monday-Friday, 3:15 in B-120
Throws - Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, Friday, 3:00-4:30 in the weight room
